LIEmobil introduces itself
The transport company LIECHTENSTEINmobil (LIEmobil) has been registered as a legally independent institution since January 1, 2012 under the name «Verkehrsbetrieb LIECHTENSTEINmobil». The owner of the company is the State of Liechtenstein. The focus of the activities is state-wide, cross-state mobility for the public in different areas, with the core business comprising bus operations.
The basic service ordered by the government of the Principality of Liechtenstein includes regular services, the Feldkirch–Buchs regional train, the supplementary cross-border line 70 Schaan–Klaus, and the ski and night bus lines. LIEmobil offers additional offers in the areas of school bus transport and local buses as well as additional services in the context of events.
Quality, safety and customer satisfaction come first and meet the mobility requirements of different customer groups. Optimum organizational and technical aspects as well as environmentally compatible and business principles are taken into account.

Für Fahrgäste im öffentlichen Linienverkehr gelten seit dem 1. Mai 2016 die « Fahrgastrechte im Kraftomnibusverkehr » gemäss Verordnung 181/2011 des Europäischen Parlamentes und Rates.
Diese enthält Vorschriften, die (mit Einschränkungen für Fahrten bis zu 250 km) folgende Themenbereiche abdecken:
a) das Verbot der Diskriminierung von Fahrgästen hinsichtlich der Beförderungsbedingungen der Beförderer;
b) die Rechte der Fahrgäste bei Tod oder Körperverletzung oder bei Verlust oder Beschädigung von Gepäck infolge von aus der Nutzung des Kraftomnibusses resultierenden Unfällen;
c) das Verbot der Diskriminierung und die obligatorische Unterstützung von behinderten Menschen und Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität;
d) die Rechte der Fahrgäste bei Annullierung und Verspätung;
e) die Informationen, die den Fahrgästen mindestens verfügbar zu machen sind;
f) den Umgang mit Beschwerden;
g) allgemeine Durchsetzungsvorschriften.

The found items are kept in the LIEmobil customer center in Schaan. Please note that lost property can earliest be picked up at the customer center around noon on the day after it has disappeared.

Online transfers can only be made in Swiss francs. Please note that foreign banks charge transfer fees for payments made with a payment slip. Transfers from abroad are best done electronically.
